AI Affiliate Safe Approval is a private workflow for creating and reviewing affiliate content drafts. This policy describes the limited data used by the workflow.

Data Processed

• Product queue data such as product name, product URL, price, category, and compliance notes.
• Generated creative data such as hook, script, caption, hashtags, and draft video URL.
• Approval log data such as approval status, timestamps, and review actions.
• TikTok OAuth data required to upload an approved video draft to the authorized creator account.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to generate affiliate draft content, render draft videos, send approval messages to the operator, and upload approved videos to TikTok as drafts when enabled.

Data Sharing

Data may be processed by connected services used by the workflow, including Google Sheets, LINE Messaging API, OpenAI API, local rendering services, and TikTok Content Posting API. The workflow does not sell personal data.

Retention

Approval and generation logs are retained in the operator's Google Sheet for audit and troubleshooting. The operator may delete local generated files and sheet rows when no longer needed.

This private integration is operated by the TikTok developer account owner. Privacy requests are handled through the owner account used to submit the TikTok app review.
